October
Witches and Warlocks of Wonderworks,
Welcome to October! We are gearing up for another exciting month at the museum! This month we have Music with Margaret who has plans to bring instruments and new story-telling elements for her time with us. Leslie’s Bilingual Playtime will come with a focus on dual-language, dramatic play AND sensory play.
We are looking forward to working with Charlotte Dawn Photography again to provide our first ever Homeschool Portrait day! We would like to invite homeschooled students to the museum on Thursday, October 8th for a chance to meet and mingle with other local homeschoolers.
You’ll see another new event this month, which is our Danny Go Dance on October 14th. We will have Danny Go videos and props in the community space for kids to dance and move along. A great chance to move their bodies and hang out with friends!
Perhaps the most exciting item on the calendar this month is our big Halloween Party! This party is best suited for children under the age of 10. Families can expect lots of mini games and prizes, a scavenger hunt and more! We hope to see you there! Berries by Felice will be joining us as well as a few other vendors TBA!
